These Terms of Use (the "Terms") are an agreement between you and Broovo Ltd ("Broovo", "we", "us") covering the Broovo mobile application and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service you accept these Terms.

1. What Broovo is — and is not

Broovo is a football market analysis and information product. It visualises match, team and player data, market prices and Broovo's own statistical reads, for information and entertainment only. Broovo is not a bookmaker: we accept no bets, hold no funds, process no wagers, and nothing in the Service is betting, financial or investment advice, a tip, or a recommendation to place any bet. Any decisions you make are yours alone.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or over to use the Service.

3. Data shown in the app

Match, team, player and market data comes from third-party providers and is presented in good faith but supplied "as is": figures may be delayed, estimated or occasionally wrong. Odds shown are indicative consensus values — the median across major bookmakers; individual bookmaker prices may differ. Broovo's own model outputs are calibrated probabilities, not predictions, and carry no guarantee.

4. Subscriptions

• Broovo membership is an auto-renewing subscription purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play, at the price shown in the app before you buy.
• New members receive a 7-day free trial; the trial converts to the selected paid plan unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends.
• Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store / Play subscription settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Payments are handled by Apple/Google under their terms; refunds are per their policies.
• Prices may change; changes apply from your next renewal and only after the store's notice process.

5. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Service: no scraping, reselling or redistributing its data or reads, no reverse engineering, no interfering with its operation, and no use of the Service where doing so is unlawful.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, its design, text, reads and software are owned by Broovo Ltd or its licensors. Club names and crests belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

7. Responsible gambling

If you choose to bet with third parties, bet only what you can afford to lose. Support is available at BeGambleAware.org.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Broovo Ltd is not liable for losses arising from use of, reliance on, or inability to use the Service — including any betting losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the law of England and Wales.

9. Changes, suspension, termination

We may update the Service and these Terms; material changes will be posted here with an updated date and flagged in the app. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
